State insurance car o.O?

"Need Jaw Surgery"Ive am thinking if its likely to transfer my previous car  insurance   to the new-car and just acquired a new car? Or do i have produce a fresh one and to stop that policy? Maybe there is any additional fees if i can exchange etc. any advice appreciated xx
